ARM was formed in 2016—but its ideas and beliefs have been developed and cultivated over the course of several decades. And its core members have substantial experience in the commercial auto industry as insurance operators and taxicab fleet owners.

We are a risk retention group, which means the policyholders of ARM are also its stockholders. Membership is limited to only companies which engage in similar businesses, which are commercial auto businesses which operate taxicabs, sedans, for-hire, ride-sharing vehicles, and similar types autos. Ultimately this translates to having an insurance company which is custom tailored to meeting the needs and demands of its customer base. 

The core members of ARM have been engaged in the insurance industry for 20 years. Beyond insurance our roots stem back to managing and owning taxicabs fleets.  The ARM program is built by individuals who have first hand experience of running commercial auto fleets and understand the needs of its customers.
